Sapiv

SAPIV has supplied high-quality, healthy products to our customers for over 20 years. SAPIV has worked with the world’s leading restaurants and fast-food chains as well as some of Shanghai’s most recognized food and beverage brands to help develop food-service solutions and build strategic relationships. SAPIV and our customers believe in fresh, healthy and safe products. Our ability to supply them consistently has helped solidify long term partnerships throughout the food and beverage industry.

Miss veg

Our “Miss Veg” salad line has grown substantially, offering customers a wide variety of healthy, safe and traceable salads. With our vast array of offerings and high quality, Miss Veg has become the leading retail salad in Shanghai. Our success has been recognized with the award of the Shanghai Famous Trademark.

Northern SAPIV

BGH Processing operates in northern China under Shenyang North SAPIV Food Co., Ltd. Established in 2008, BGH Processing’s facility is located in the Northern New Area of Shenyang.  This state-of-the-art processing facility handles a combination of raw material processing and hot goods for our food service clients.

Southern SAPIV

BGH Processing has expanded into Southern China under Shenzhen South SAPIV Food Co., Ltd.  The Southern China operations were established in mid-2015 and are located in Dapeng, Shenzhen. Shenzhen’s operations include processing fresh fruit and vegetables into a variety of nutritious and healthy salads, fruit cups and snacks.  The facility supplies markets in Southern China, Hong Kong and Macao.

Agriculture

BGH Processing has run agricultural operations since 1995. Shanghai Agri-Tech Co., Ltd and Fengyu Fruits and Vegetables Planting Cooperatives provide upstream solutions for our own processing supply chain. Shanghai Agri-Tech supplies organic herbs and spices from a 600-acre greenhouse compound. The compound also functions as our R&D headquarters where cultivation methods are developed and quality is assured.

Pre-cooked Foods

In addition to the processing business, BGH Processing also has a kitchen workshop. The central kitchen produces hot goods such as sauces, frozen foods, stuffed rolls and other snacks. The kitchen supplies almost 3,000 tons of food to food-service and fast-food customers.
